I hereby give my consent to Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe ‘EKOWENT’ spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Łódź KRS: 0000039965 to process my personal data including: name, surname and e-mail address in connection with the processing of the enquiry. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to process the request.

We would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data provided for the purpose of your application is Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe ‘EKOWENT’ spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered seat in Łódź (91-341) at 97 Pojezierska Street. Furthermore, we would like to point out that:

Your personal data will be processed by the administrator in connection with the execution of your application and the processing of your request.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction and deletion. As of 25.05.2018, you also have the right to obtain a copy of your data and data portability and to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. You may raise an objection in a manner that is convenient to you, in particular by sending an email to office@whiteeagle.vip or by other means of remote communication or by letter to the registered address of the data controller.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, whereby withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
Your provision of personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement or a condition for entering into a contract. You are not obliged to provide them. Failure to provide the data will prevent the administrator from processing the request
and process your request.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw, or any other supervisory authority authorised to examine the complaint on the date of lodging it, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and, as of 25.05.2018, also the provisions of the RODO Regulation.
